Terms of service
Artwork descriptions are based on my processes and available materials. Measurements are to the closest cm.
I take care to reproduce accurate colour representation, but please be aware that there may be discrepancies in colour when viewed digitally.
Whilst I take care to provide accurate information re pricing, descriptions, availability etc I am afraid that errors do occur, and I reserve the right to correct these errors even after an order has been placed, and to update and change information at any time.
Most of the work will be provided unmounted and unframed, please take care in handling the work. If I have provided a protective layer over the artwork, please keep this on until the piece is framed.
If storing the work before framing, please ensure it is stored flat and in a dry place with no damp.
For the framing of work on paper I recommend you specify UV protective glass to reduce fading and too never hang work in direct sunlight.
Copyright of each artwork remains with me, Mary Elliott, and may not be reproduced by anyone without my permission. I reserve the right to produce merchandise of each artwork in the future.
